The hardest part of seeing a new doctor is the first phone call. This page makes the rest easy.
How to book
Call the clinic at +971 4 345 2999, message on WhatsApp, or use the contact form, whichever is easiest. Reception speaks English and Arabic and will find a time that suits you. Consulting hours are Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 to 17:00.
What to bring
- Your Emirates ID or passport
- Your insurance card, if you have one
- Any prior reports, test results, or imaging related to your visit
- A list of medications you take, if any
What happens
The visit, step by step
- 01Arrival
You check in at reception at Al Moosa Clinics on Al Wasl Road. Come a few minutes early for the paperwork on a first visit. Then the waiting room, briefly.
- 02The consultation
Unhurried time with Dr. Kehail: your history, your questions, and an examination where needed. Ask everything. That is what the visit is for.
- 03The plan
You leave knowing how things stand and what happens next: follow-up visits, any tests, and how to reach the clinic in between.

Before you come
Do I need a referral or preparation?
No referral is needed. For most first visits there is nothing to prepare. If anything specific is needed, reception will tell you when you book.
Can I bring someone with me?
Of course. Many women bring their husband, mother, or a friend. Whatever makes you comfortable.
How long does the first visit take?
Long enough not to feel rushed. Plan for the consultation to take its time; the exact length depends on your situation.
