If you email reception@almousamedical.ae, please do not include symptoms, diagnoses or treatment details; appointments and clinical matters are handled by Al Mousa Day Surgery Center L L C, whose clinical records are kept inside the United Arab Emirates in accordance with Federal Law No. 2 of 2019 on the Use of Information and Communication Technology in Health Fields and the Dubai Health Authority data protection policy.

- Google LLC (United States) receives data only if you choose “Show the map” on the clinic page: Google Maps then loads and Google receives your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy. Google Analytics is not switched on for this website.

Non-health contact data sent to these providers is protected by their published data-protection commitments and contractual safeguards. No health information is transferred outside the UAE through this website.
How long we keep it

- Clinical records: held by Al Mousa Day Surgery Center L L C, as required by UAE law (25 years from the last procedure).

Your rights
