Who is responsible

The contact form

The form collects three things: your name, your phone number, and the reason for your visit. It serves one purpose, letting reception call you back to arrange an appointment, and it is used for nothing else.

The form asks you not to include medical details, and it submits only after you tick the consent box. Consent stays yours. If you later want your request deleted, one call or email is enough.

Submissions are handled by the website's hosting platform (Netlify), which processes the data outside the UAE, and are emailed directly to the clinic's inbox. The only other copy sits in the site's hosting dashboard, where it can be deleted, and periodically is.

What this site does not do

This site sets no cookies of its own. No analytics. No advertising trackers. The site does not follow you or profile you, and the only outside services it involves are the two named on this page: Netlify, which hosts it, and Google Maps on the contact page.

About the map: the contact page shows an embedded Google Maps view of the clinic’s location, and it loads together with the page. Opening that page connects your browser to Google, shares your IP address with Google, and Google may set its own cookies. No other page of this site loads anything from Google. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can ask what information the practice holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact the clinic by phone or email. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may raise a complaint with the UAE Data Office.
